Never less then excellent! I have written several reviews because of my several trips to Harper Acura over the past few years. I have had everything from a simple oil change to I have written several reviews because of my several trips to Harper Acura over the past few years. I have had everything from a simple oil change to a 100,000 mile service and have always been treated like I was the owner of the shop. I don't know how they do it, but I always leave feeling like I was listened to, respected , and feeling like I got more than I paid for. I will never go anywhere else as long as the Harper name is on the sign! More

Long term excellent service We have owned several (7) Acuras over the past 28 years and have always received more than excellent service at Harper. The service advisors are excel We have owned several (7) Acuras over the past 28 years and have always received more than excellent service at Harper. The service advisors are excellent as are the service technicians. We have never had an opportunity to suggest improvements. The service is the same regardless whether we have a "new" Acura or an older one. We have kept 2 of our Acuras for 14 years each and replaced them when we just wanted a new car. In last two years have bought a 2017 RDX and a 2019 RLX. Fairly good purchase price and know that when buy one it will last many years based on the Acura engineering and Harper excellent service. We normally have a close friend or family member to buy the trade in or we keep the car. We have had people interested in purchasing our trade ins due to the excellent condition they are in. We really do appreciate the Harper staff members who we have come to know and appreciate very much. We would never consider going to any other dealership for automobile needs. Harper is just that good. More

Good Customer Service Comes with Hassle My wife has only has one major problem with her car, two years ago her car had a horrible noise, even video recorded it and she played it for service, My wife has only has one major problem with her car, two years ago her car had a horrible noise, even video recorded it and she played it for service, they sent her home and used up our last free oil change. When I brought it in a month later, they were shocked that her new car was making this noise, ended up being a tension spring inside the head of the engine, and they replaced the entire top end of the engine. So this was the first occasion that their service was less that acceptable, they basically ignored her when she brought in and played the video, but took me seriously when I brought it in and played the exact same video. Then recently brought it in for a recall, I asked them to check the transmission as my wife felt like it was shifting hard. When I bought the car 2 1/2 years ago it was a certified pre-owned so it came with an extended warranty, and I also bought the 7 years 90K mile warranty. When I asked for the transmission to be checked they told me it would cost me as our car was not under warranty, I asked them to check again, 3 times they came back to me to say my car was not under warranty and I would have to bring my sales paperwork into prove that it was, I had to call back and speak to their Finance manager to have him look up our warranty which he agreed that our car was under warranty till 2025. They have decent customer service you just have to fight to get it what you paid them for up front. More
