Great experience. The infotainment center intermittently would go off, stay off, then come back on. The service team diagnosed it as a cable and replaced it. System now works fine. I brought my car into the shop with several strange and annoying noises. The initial assessment was replacement of my transmission and wheel bearings - a very costly fix. I authorized both The next day I received a call from Patrick. He had been reviewing my case and asked the Shop Foreman, Jeff Oliver, to conduct a more in-depth analysis. Fortunately they discovered that a transmission replacement was not required. I am so appreciative that both Patrick and Jeff took the time to re-evaluate the initial conclusion and save me so much money. When I picked up my car, Patrick and Jeff both met with me to discuss my car and to assure me that my transmission would continue on. While there I learned that my Lexus had died and would require an entire new engine They offered to hook me up with someone in sales to assist me in selecting a new vehicle with warranty if I wanted to replace my Lexus. Because of the trust I have built up with Patrick, I know that I can trust them to lead me to a new car as well. More

Do not buy a used car here One month ago I bought a 2013 Nissan Pathfinder from Harper Acura.I paid 14,900. Cash .Within 2 days this car had problems.I didn’t purchase the 3000 One month ago I bought a 2013 Nissan Pathfinder from Harper Acura.I paid 14,900. Cash .Within 2 days this car had problems.I didn’t purchase the 3000 dollar warranty because I couldn’t afford it.Ricky Loy the salesman had told us stories of how great they were to fix problems if the car had problems immediately.A lie.I know used cars are as is but 2 days really.I have had the car in Nissan 2 times in this month.When I went to get my tags I told him my second key would not work he had no idea why he would ask and get back.Still waiting for that call.I just took it back to Nissan and they programmed it to the car.I am retired and my son is disabled so my advice to you is do not buy a used car from HarperAcura unless you purchase the 3000 dollar warranty or you are wealthy enough to spend a lot of money for repairs.This is really sad for a company that says they care.Truth is they don’t.Do yourself a favor and please purchase somewhere else.I sure wish I had. More

My husband has always been the one who bought the cars but he is disabled now and can’t even go with me to test drive it. I was sooo nervous the first time I bought one all by myself from there. They were so friendly and helpful, I knew that was where I wanted to buy the next one. I live an hour away but it’s worth the drive when it needs service. Ricky Loy was the salesmen who helped me this time. He was so patient showing me how the features worked. I really appreciated it because I’m almost 66 and that stuff just goes over my head sometimes. I’m loving my 2020 RDX. Linda More
