The best and most courteous staff...The moment of arrival, I was warmly greeted and shown to the comfortable waiting area and offered snacks and cold drinks. I was consulted when my cars service was completed and was told my car was being washed for me...how nice, the tires were shined up, the interior was vacuumed and the surfaces wiped down and cleaned up. This is always a part of the service, but this time my vehicle was really cleaned up great...which was a treat for me, as I have been suffering with a tennis elbow and washing and cleaning my auto wouldn’t be easily done by me.... I love this dealership....have always had positive and satisfying experience with Harpers! Thank you, PL Freshour More

Took my 2016 Acura TLX to the Service Department for the B1 maintenance. Everything about the experience was fantastic! Got a loaner car, which was a new TLX, so I got to see how the new TLX compared with m B1 maintenance. Everything about the experience was fantastic! Got a loaner car, which was a new TLX, so I got to see how the new TLX compared with mine. The service only took several hours, and very reasonably priced. When I picked up the car, it was sparkling clean inside and out. I really appreciated that. I highly recommend Harper Acura! More
Maintenance Took it in for the normal oil change and filter, etc. When it was done we were charged for a tire rotation we didn't authorize and we didn't need. Lost my car. Made an appointment for June 5 to have a bumper protector install on rear bumper, also to have a couple things ch checked out. The person making the appointment state that it would take around and hour to do everything. When we arrive at the dealership on the scheduled day, the first thing my wife and I noticed was that no one at the dealership was wearing a mask because of covid 19. This sort of spooked us, but went in a met with Patrick Roberts. We filled all the papers to able to use a loaner car and Patrick said that it would take about 3 hours to complete. We told that him that originally told it would only take about an hour. We agreed to come in 3 hours or earlier if he called. We came back at 2 pm and Patrick went to the shop to check and see if our car was ready. He came back and told us that they were working on it. I asked if he was sure because our car was sitting outside and had never been touched. I think led him that was not acceptable for nothing to have been done for 3 hours. He said that he would get it in immediately and get everything done. My wife and I went to the customer lounge to wait. Mike Phelps and Patrick showed up in a few minutes and Mike was trying to find out what had happened. I went through the whole thing again and Mike reassured us that everything would be taken care of at no cost. Mike handled the whole situation very professionally and tried to make things right. More
Great sales as I got exactly what I wanted, but excellent service. At some dealers getting something done or fixed "might be a problem". At Harper, nothing is ever a problem. Our Harper Sales Consultant was Mark Cauthen. Mark made the entire buying process seamless for us. His communication from search to delivery was thorough, respectful and kind.
