It was my first experience with Harper as we have a 2016 MDX. Took it there for service and Mr. Arles Stinnett, service advisor, was top notch. The sales rep Ricky was able to explain all of the the differences between my old model and new, and offered me continued support for the duration of my ownership The service group led my Richard Tompa had the car detailed and immaculate. the car looked like it was in the showroom. Steve, Arles, and the other service reps are accurate in cost and time - saving me time in the long run. I will continue to return to Harper. More
