Amazing service as always at Harper Acura. This was an involved service including Timing Belt replacement.I arrived just after my scheduled time, I was greeted immediately, offered a beverage, and checked in. I then was given a brand new 2021 TLX to drive while the pros at Harper executed the service I desired. I got a call from Steve mid day for an update on one of the items I thought would need replacement. Steve told me the service techs did not see a need to replace at this time. Who does that in today’s world? I was a buyer the deal was already made but my Acura dealership acts in my best interest. Later that day I dropped off the amazing new TLX and reunited with my old friend who will continue to be there for the next hundred thousand. That’s one of the great things about Acura as they continue to evolve and produce exciting product, people are rarely forced into replacing one due to its age. More
