2021 Acura RDX A-SPEC - I wanted to provide an honest review of Harper Acura, so here's my story. I had spent about 2 weeks looking for a particular car, we had narrowed our search down to the NX 300 F- review of Harper Acura, so here's my story. I had spent about 2 weeks looking for a particular car, we had narrowed our search down to the NX 300 F-Sport or the Acura RDX, after driving both, the RDX seemed to have a quieter and smoother ride than the NX so the RDX was the choice. I spent several hours on the Acura Certified website (highly recommend you start here) and used CarGurus to determine the value of the deals, and Harper was significantly less expensive then many dealers within a 200 mile radius. On a positive note, they had the exact car I wanted, with the miles I wanted and their price was better than anyone that I could find within a 2 hour driving range. I reached out through the harper website and was contacted by Thomas Pulvirenti who worked with me through the week to answer any question that I may have regarding the vehicle. I was able to get the inspection report, the Carfax report and a cost breakdown before I stepped foot on their lot. We made an appointment for an 11 o'clock test drive and when I got there at 10:30 he had the car ready and waiting for me to look at. We took a drive, came back to the dealer, took a look around the car and I noted that the rear tires were a worn and would need replaced much sooner than the front ones. After some negotiation they put 2 new tires on the rear and I bought the car. The Finance Manager (can't remember his name) put together the numbers and presented them to me. I had options for several items, each showing the payment that went with it, gap insurance, extended warranty, paint protection, etc. What I liked is that he asked me what payment I wanted, he didn't push me towards any particular one, and when I decided against all the additions, he was very pleasant and didn't say anything to try to steer me towards a higher payment. This is great for me because I am not one that likes to be pushed to buy anything. The place was exceptionally clean, even with a light rain coming and going, the refreshment center was a nice addition just in case you needed something while you were waiting. Overall it's a very nice dealership with great selection and very competitive pricing. The staff is friendly and they are not pushy at all. Very nice buying experience. . More
