Overall the service was great. Everything that needed to be done was done...and the only reason I gave them 4/5 for overall experience is that it took longer than I expected. The facility was clean and they took good care of my vehicle. In fact, they updated my on board computer and it gave me more horsepower to my vehicle at no cost to me. They said Ford had updated the computer system and my vehicle had not been updated...so they are keeping me up to date...which I like. Thanks guys for doing a great job! More
