Overall the service was great. Everything that needed to be done was done...and the only reason I gave them 4/5 for overall experience is that it took longer than I expected. Though on the contrary, I rather them take their time and do it right than rush through the servicing and actually forgetting or damaging the vehicle. The facility was clean and they took good care of my vehicle. In fact, they updated my on board computer and it gave me more horsepower to my vehicle at no cost to me. They said Ford had updated the computer system and my vehicle had not been updated...so they are keeping me up to date...which I like. Thanks guys for doing a great job! More

I had an excellect experience wit the Hardy Ford Service Department. I need a new transmission for my Lexus RX300. Jeff Almon in the service department worked to get me a remanufactured transmission. I have used Hardy Family Ford for regular service since I bought my F150 new in 2004.I have always been happy with the service and pricing.Comparing what you get from other service centers,the price is great bought my F150 new in 2004.I have always been happy with the service and pricing.Comparing what you get from other service centers,the price is great!Last year,I bought an Altima.I have not been happy with any of the Nissan service centers so I now let Jeff do all the service on it also.As much as I am enjoying my Altima,my next new vehicle will again be from one of the Hardy dealerships.Everyone in the service center at Family Ford is so pleasant to deal with~from all 3 service advisors to the cashiers and technicians. i KNOW YOU THINK IT IS HARD TO BELIEVE WHEN SOMEONE GIVES THE TOP RATINGS IN ALL CATEGORIES BUT TO DO LESS WOULD NOT BE RIGHT. FROM THE FIRST DAY I WALKED INTO THE SHOW ROOM WITH MY BOXER,(LUCY), TO THIS VER THE TOP RATINGS IN ALL CATEGORIES BUT TO DO LESS WOULD NOT BE RIGHT. FROM THE FIRST DAY I WALKED INTO THE SHOW ROOM WITH MY BOXER,(LUCY), TO THIS VERY DAY, I HAVE RECEIVED WORLD CLASS CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THE HARDY FAMILY FORD FAMILY. I PURCHASED AN F150 AND HAVE DRIVEN 21K MILES WITH NO PROBLEMS. ON MY LAST VIST TO HAVE THE OIL CHANGED I WAS PLEASENTLY SURPRISED WHEN I WENT TO PAY AND WAS TOLD THERE WOULD BE NO CHARGE,(THEY GIVE A FREE OIL CHANGE EVERY 4TH OR 5TH TIME). I HAD AM ESTIMATE DONE TO REPAIR A DENT ON MY DRIVERS SIDE DOOR,(AND THIS PUPPY WAS A DEEP SCRATCH WITH CRACKED PAINT) THAT I THOUGH WAS CRAZY. WELL I TOLD KEN ABOUT IT AND HE DID THE REPAIR FOR A FRACTION OF THE PRICE! THAT WAS JUST FINE WITH ME. KEN ECKMAN THE GM AND MY SERVICE ADVISOR JEFF ALMOND ARE ALWAY THERE WHEN I NEED THEM AND TO BUY A FORD/CHEVY ANY PLACE ELSE IS JUST PLAIN CRAZY.
