Totally disappointed with the way my son was treated by the service manager. Which is a common problem or should a say factory defect. Where they agreed to fix even though it wasn't under warranty. With a hundred dollar deductible. So my son just asked for something in writing like a estimate of what work was to be performed. Knowing there was going to be some body work done since the faulty housing had let the bulb come out of the housing and burn a hole in the bumper. Mr Roberts got very rude saying he doesn't need a paper saying anything. Got very loud so my son had to ask for a manager. Which did handle it.But would never have any service done there or buy there again. I own a 2013 2500hd duramax 2011 gmc Sierra slt and the 2010 Camaro ss. Plus other gm products still in the driveway. Very disappointed just shouldn't treat people like that. Yes I have purchased many vehicles here including the Camaro. Never again. I will go out of my way to purchase and service my vehicles somewhere else More

We purchased a 2008 Chevrolet Suburban from Kristi Gable at Hardy Chevrolet. We love our new truck and we had a great experience dealing with Kristi. Hardy Chevrolet had a large selection of Suburban's during our visit. However, our specific requests for options was not something they had on the lot at that time. That was no problem for Kristi... she quickly was able to locate the vehicle that fit our desires and within 24 hours we were test driving the exact vehicle with the exact options that we wanted. Kristi was very knowledgable about the Suburban and sat with me personally as we toured the options on the vehicle and set up the navigation system at the time of purchase. I know that I was given the absolute best deal available and was treated phenomenally. I have purchased many new cars and from several different local ATL dealerships. I can truly say that this was by far the best experience that I have had. Kristi also took the time to personally thank me for our business which means a lot to me. We will definitely seek out Hardy Chevrolet and Kristi Gable when making our next vehicle purchase whether it is for a used or new car... I know she can get us a great deal and will treat us right.
