After years of going to Harbor, I tried two closer dealerships (one on the westside with poor service, and another in the SGV with a shockingly high quote). It's hard to understand why other dealerships can't offer the same value. The extra 30-minute drive was absolutely worth it. If Harbor had a location closer to me, I'd gladly give them six stars! Oh, and if the service manager is reading this, bring back shuttle service if you can. I just needed a ride to go see a friend who lived in the area! More
