He was patient, understanding, and didn't try any of the typical sales gimmicks. I couldn't make a decision without clearing it with my insurance agent first and they happened to be closed. Again, no pressure. I sorted it out with the insurance and went back a few days later to the same friendly team, deal, and car. Thanks Jay S.!
