I was just going to come in for a test drive and ended up buying a new car! I got text messages to confirm my test drive by Kevin Marroquin, and then Miguel contacted us since Kevin was busy so we test drove buying a new car! I got text messages to confirm my test drive by Kevin Marroquin, and then Miguel contacted us since Kevin was busy so we test drove with Miguel. He understood that it was just a test drive and so there was no pressure. Started talking about colors and what they had in stock, then how much I need to put down and payments. Mike came in to show me numbers and if they had to get a car from another dealer so I can see the difference between white and silver. Too reiterate, there was no pressure. Just talking. Able to show me what I wanted per month, but they didn’t have the color I thought I wanted. So getting ready to leave and Mike says did you see the red with the light interior, it’s just out there. Saw the car, sticker price was cheaper, able to redo numbers and I was out the door with a new car. Kevin finished up by walking me thru the app and moving things from my car to my new car (including moving to car seats and cleaning out my glove box). They trusted me to come back with my car title, extra key and a check for the down payment. It was very smooth. I still can’t believe I have a new car. More

Like how the dealership takes customer feed back seriously. For example, when I bought my Hyundai back in 2022, there was a lot of up selling when I told the dealer I did not want up selling on the seriously. The personell were polite and to the point. I would recommend to friends and co-workers if they are interested in buying a Hyundai and getting a Hyundai serviced, do it at Harbor Hyundai. More
