Had a strange noise coming out of the front of our suburban. Called Tim Surles with the service department and ask him what he thought, he told me it could be several things and to bring it by and th suburban. Called Tim Surles with the service department and ask him what he thought, he told me it could be several things and to bring it by and they would take a look at it. My wife brought it in, Tim took a look at it and said if she could leave it there they would try to get it in that day. Tim provided my wife with a loaner, it ended up being an easy fix and they were able to get it fixed the same day and 3 hours later my wife was back in her suburban and problem solved. We really appreciated Tim taking such great care of us as we were going out of town in a few days and planned to take that vehicle. He really did a great job, treated us like a valued customer, and even ran the suburban through the car wash as an added bonus and another example of his excellent customer service.
