Had a strange noise coming out of the front of our suburban. Called Tim Surles with the service department and ask him what he thought, he told me it could be several things and to bring it by and th suburban. My wife brought it in, Tim took a look at it and said if she could leave it there they would try to get it in that day. Tim provided my wife with a loaner, it ended up being an easy fix and they were able to get it fixed the same day and 3 hours later my wife was back in her suburban and problem solved. We really appreciated Tim taking such great care of us as we were going out of town in a few days and planned to take that vehicle. He really did a great job, treated us like a valued customer, and even ran the suburban through the car wash as an added bonus and another example of his excellent customer service. Recently I needed to have major repairs to my 2020 Chevrolet Silverado. Unfortunately this issue occurred at the end of my warranty. Luckily the service department had documentation to show that my vehicle had been brought in before the warranty expired for check engine light issue. I was advised to monitor it and if it happened again to let them know. I have been a loyal customer with Hanner Chevrolet for decades. They have always treated me fairly which built a trust between my family and the dealership that I value highly. Chase Hanner was made aware of the problem concerning the warranty and went above and beyond to resolve the issues with my warranty. This resulted in my vehicle being repaired totally under warranty. I was so relieved when I received the good news from the service department that my vehicle was repaired at no cost to me.
