Astonishingly, I was underwhelmed by the vehicle. I remained on The lot for two reasons: 1) impeccable customer service from Taraja Langley and 2) an extensive inventory of quality vehicles. Taraja was a zealous advocate for me - ensuring that my innumerable questions were answered ensuring transparency and garnering my trust. He was genuinely invested in my search for the right car. He expressed tremendous patience and remarkable confidence that every/any hiccup would be addressed and resolved. Thanks to Taraja’s no-pressure approach, I found a car that met every one of my requirements — and then some. Taraja has continued to support me in my purchasing experience by being readily accessible to answer my question/concerns post-sale. Ken Massenburg in Finance moves you quickly through the financing discussion. It is evident that he has extensive experience in this area. His approach is to have the customer agree to a monthly payment amount and then pack as many services as possible into the package to meet the agreed upon payment amount. He’s “old school” — the deal is sealed with a handshake before any signatures. He moves quickly. Read your documents. He is very warm and accommodating but don’t lose sight — it’s all business — and he exceptional at what he does. Tyrone, Service Manager, contacted me post-sale regarding the State Safety Inspection on my vehicle. He was contrite and appeared sincere. He acknowledged the missteps that caused mIssued inspection and offered his support regarding any future Service concerns. Transparency was important to Tyrone as well — even if it meant acknowledging that Hanna May have erred. Overall, it has been a wonderful purchasing experience with Hanna Imports.
