In trying to be thoughtful about my review I think it is best to break into three (3) parts: the sales experience, closing the deal and the dealership In trying to be thoughtful about my review I think it is best to break into three (3) parts: the sales experience, closing the deal and the dealership as a whole. The sales experience - our salesman was David Taveras, really nice guy and polite to a fault. He apologized for many things throughout the process most of which were not his fault. Seems honest, but may be new to the dealership, seems like he needed some guidance on some issues, but overall very nice and a pleasant experience. Closing the deal - we paid cash, so it was fairly quick. The most unpleasant part of the experience was waiting on a finance guy to be available to sign the paperwork. Since we didn't finance there was probably a lot less paperwork to review. At first, the guy seemed very helpful and explained each page that we were signing, but after the 3rd or 4th page, he stopped explaining and just asked for signatures. I would have appreciated it if he explained ALL of the papers we signed rather than me having to ask questions as I had to do a lot toward the end of the deal. (He didn't explain what the "Road Use Tax" was/is...basically it is a sales tax on vehicle sales. The dealership as a whole - good to great selection of late model vehicles, especially if you are looking for a sports car or a European vehicle, seems like they have a lot of expensive ones. We bought a Mini which doesn't fall into that expensive category. One thing I really like/appreciate is the no haggle pricing, the price you see is the price you pay, except of taxes, fees, etc. I hate it when you go to a dealer and the salesmen come out of the walls within seconds of you walking on the lot and won't leave you alone. Here they did come talk to us almost immediately (David) , but made it clear from the start that they were not going to bother us. The negatives are these: 1. They are really busy on weekends (we were there on a Saturday), which is probably why we had to wait so long to close the deal. Go during the week if you can, 2. They were suppose to follow-up with us about a minor paint chip issue and even completed a "We OWE you" form/paperwork at the closing. They have never called us to follow-up and schedule the service visit to touch-up the paint chip. - This part was very disappointing, also the "service engine" light came on within minutes of leaving the dealership. Took it back and they addressed. Made it home but it came back on a couple of days later. Turned out to be a bad O2 sensor but thankfully the car is still under the manufacture warranty so I was able to take it to the local deanship and get it fixed for free! Final thoughts, as "used car dealers/salesmen" go, these guys appear to be fair and honest. But I wouldn't travel all the way from Greensboro to Raleigh again unless they had the exact car I was looking for, which was why I went there this time. More

We were told multiple times that they would be with us shortly and the paperwork was being printed. The salesman was the only one that spoke to us letting us know what was going on.
