I never got a call back as to how long the "work" would take. When I got there, it was just a 1-page manual insert that was offered. But when I called back after getting home to find out, no one knew whether that had in fact been done. I did not want to drive the 26 plus miles back as it was suggested I do. In general, I would have preferred I had to ask questions about the work order whereas other dealers tend to review and explain up front what is going on. The person at the cashier's desk was not very helpful when I explained that I needed to access their wireless to get a traffic report. Not friendly and seemed annoyed that I would even interrupt him. Such a huge different from the person who used to staff the place. I appreciated Audrey assisting with Waze and reading the traffic report thereof. She was friendly and helpful. More

Called five times over two weeks to get an appointment for service. Brought it in today after finally getting an appointment. They said 1.5 - 2 hrs and at 2 hrs I went to check and they hadn’t even starte for service. Brought it in today after finally getting an appointment.
