I was EXTREMELY IMPRESSED with the receptionist/service assistant. I forgot her name. She is an asset beyond measure. Technician was very helpful but I had to ask multiple questions to get help and had to ask to speak direct to technician. Technician was diligent in helping me find a temporary solution.
