They are friendly and helpful. Horrible service, whenever you have a problem with coverage they don’t want to help. They say the car is all fine but in reality the car is having horrible mechanical problems and they don’t want to f coverage they don’t want to help. I’ve given them horrible reviews, and I know they’re not gonna listen because they have horrible reviews over all and they never change their service. I’m NEVER returning to this dealership and I will be speaking to corporate.I will never own or buy a Hyundai ever again. My experience was ruined. More
The initial time I went in, their system was down. They had no backup plan to assist customers, as a result we were told to wait. Customers were informed it happens quite often and it could take hours. To not have a continuity plan for an IT downtime in 2023 is unheard of and produces a bad experience for the customer. Once the system was finally up and operational, I was informed the recall parts for my vehicle will take weeks to come in. Weeks later, once the parts was in, I was then informed it would take a day to complete. However, reprogramming was delayed, thus taking another week. Lastly, I did not receive a call when my car was ready. I only found out when I called to get an update on the status of my vehicle. Unfortunately, the customer service received in general was really bad and unacceptable. More
