I call and spoke with the service department and told her that my engine in my car wasn’t working and she ask for the year make model and vin # of my car . She said your car is covered by warranty 10 yea her that my engine in my car wasn’t working and she ask for the year make model and vin # of my car . She said your car is covered by warranty 10 years or 120k miles so I proceeded to make the appointment since she had told me it was covered and then it didn’t cover the warranty because my car it’s salvage , by giving her all the info on my car she should have gotten that info, made me waist 220.00 dollars for you guys to tell me what I already knew 😑 More

Karen was fine but the overall feeling of that dealership seems gloomy. I felt like I was putting them out by trying to buy a car.
