1. It was rekeyed with 2 keys…one for the door and one for the ignition… this is absolutely unacceptable and needs to be remedied. 2. I brought in both key fobs, and had a very specific conversation about one of them not working. When I went to pick up the car, I was told “it’s working lightly”. When I went to my car and tried to use the fob, it did not work at all. I returned to the service department and told them. and the service person told me he didn’t know and someone should have told him.. This is after having a lengthy conversation about this, weeks before and specifically bringing my fobs to him. He had us wait another 20 minutes while they try to manually reprogram one of the fobs. It didn’t work and he told me I would need a new fob. Again, we had a lengthy conversation about this weeks ago and I said I understood and would get the new fob if I need one. This should’ve all been handled before I got there. It was too late to get the new fob then and I wasn’t even offered to purchase a new fob at the time. Absolutely no information was given to me about getting a new phone. 3. It took over a month.to get my car repaired. More
