Yes, but service area need some time improvement in the waiting area . I am Not thrilled with my service I Hanleys. I got different answers, depending on who I talk to (like if I get a Lyft ride to the bart) and was initially told they close at seven then was told I got different answers, depending on who I talk to (like if I get a Lyft ride to the bart) and was initially told they close at seven then was told that they close at five by someone else at 4 o’clock after them not answering the phone a couple times. Estimates for how long my car would take was varied and when I tried to call to make sure that they would be there if I arrived at 5:15 they ignored my phone calls over a 45 minute span or sent me to a phone number with no voicemail that just kept ringing. It’s kind of just unprofessional behavior that Makes for difficulty to trust the actual work. thanks to the cashier for staying late for me but more stress & inconsistency than I’m looking for when it comes to fixing my car.
