Great service, towed 2023 GV80 2. 5T Prestige on Saturday afternoon due to a sidewalk puncture. They also provide a Lyft to take me home. I like the people and the quality of work at Hanlee's. I really don't like showing up for a noon appointment and not having my car go into the service bay until 2:00. What's the point of having an app I really don't like showing up for a noon appointment and not having my car go into the service bay until 2:00. What's the point of having an appointment when you still end up with two hours of wasted day hours? Why provide the dealership with three kinds of contact information if they can't use one of them to apprise the customer of a delayed service? More
