Been going here since 2021 for my GV80 servicing etc. Today’s appt. was a bit misleading. When I arrived for my “diagnostic” appt. She stated that my car needed to stay for the whole day. It was the worst experience ever and I will never buy a car from Hilltop Hyundai or any other branch that is independently owned and operated. My car sat there for 3 months, they don’t answer phones, retur car from Hilltop Hyundai or any other branch that is independently owned and operated. My car sat there for 3 months, they don’t answer phones, return message or respond to emails. They lost the key to my car and Fisk to notify me when I had it moved to a repair shop. They never returned my insurance company calls or emails. More
