The service took 2x as long as what was estimated. They told me it would take 1-1.5 hours and it ended up being 3 hours. No one came to update me along the way. Disappointing. After two attempts to solve my problem with my ionic six talk to the service manager I believe he was going to schedule an appointment for me to come in and get this vehicle. There’s been a few times that I made an appointment with them and then when I get there they don’t have me down as having an appointment. They are quick at getting your service done though.
