The service person I spoke with was very nice and professional. There was no one at the service desk for about 10 minutes after I arrived for my appointment time. After 2 hours I was told that they needed to order a part to fix the issue and didn't have it on hand. I thought this was very strange because I was called in for this problem. I also find that the cost for doing basic things like oil changes, and other repairs that I've inquired about in the past, are much more expensive than through others. More
