Chris in Parts and Anselmo were efficient and provided me with info I needed yesterday. BUT all previous times I've tried to contact someone in service with a question, I received NO callback EVER, including with info I needed yesterday. Because of this, it's possible that I may work with another dealership, as inconvenient as that may be. It was terrible. Sales did some weird last minute changes to the deal. Still makes me uncomfortable. The brand new car after less than a week showed a check enginer light. Service department checked it out, did nothing to fix it. A few days later, it came back on. Since then, service department has been unhelpful and has shown no empathy for our situation. They also ignored our calls for 4 hours. They now say they can't see the car until mid February and are making no effort to improve the situation. Just an awful experience so far with Hanlees. More
