Told me my warranty was void before they even examined the car and my problem. Mentioned I had the 'wrong color coolant', but when I emailed her to ask why (twice), she never responded. Chris in Parts and Anselmo were efficient and provided me with info I needed yesterday. BUT all previous times I've tried to contact someone in service with a question, I received NO callback EVER, including with info I needed yesterday.
