Handy Toyota - Service Center

I was told I would be waiting for an hour and a half to two hours for my car appointment (which was scheduled ahead of time). However it took Handy’s in Saint Albans 3 hours and 22 minutes to complete the two hours for my car appointment (which was scheduled ahead of time). However it took Handy’s in Saint Albans 3 hours and 22 minutes to complete the job (which was an inspection and tire rotation). I ended up going out and asking for the time left for my appointment and my paperwork was sitting on the counter and the gentleman working said “oh it has been here” I was disappointed with the lack of communication during this appointment. First time at Handy Toyota for service. Darren was very nice and answered any questions I had. Later when I got home I noticed grease or dirt in my car, assuming someone’s hand when the Darren was very nice and answered any questions I had.
