Service was fine, however receiving numerous phone calls from people stating that workers at Handys were talking about my failed inspection in detail to people who know me is an absolute joke. My only concern is my service was to be an hour tops. It wasn’t finished for two and a half hours. Perhaps, they overbooked or a mechanic called in sick? I was disappointed in my service at Handy Toyota. I was there for a scheduled appointment. They put me in for an hour and a half appointment. They informed me that my car need 4 new brakes but there I was there for a scheduled appointment. They put me in for an hour and a half appointment. They informed me that my car need 4 new brakes but there wasn’t time to do that because it was tire changing season. Then I was charged $75 for no service. This was not good customer service. More
