I have always loved buying cars from Handy Toyota. Their service department is great and the sales people are very friendly. Todays visit was for an recall. The staff are polite, but the work ethic is lacking. 'Half done' seems to be good enough for them. I was not satisfied at all with the "service" I received. agreat job with tire rotation inspection. They neglected to tell me I failed two filters. Then sent emails to come back, when it could of been done when I was there.
