My only minor complaint is how long it took for an oil change & tire rotation, but I suppose it's because they check 90+ other things too. Excellent Customer Experience! After a state inspection, we found out the rotors and pads needed to be replaced, therefore the state inspection on our 2012 Prius Plugin failed the After a state inspection, we found out the rotors and pads needed to be replaced, therefore the state inspection on our 2012 Prius Plugin failed the inspection. We needed to come back for another appointment to have them replaced. Alan does such an outstanding job in coordinating an appointment to have the brakes replaced. While we were there we found out there was a nail in the sidewall of our tire. Alan set up a rental for me to go back home to pick up a set of tires, they could install on the vehicle. Alan does provide an Excellent Customer Experience. If I was Alan’s boss, I would give him a raise! Thanks Alan! More
