Took my truck in for an oil change and tire rotation. Everything was good up until a couple of hours later my wife received a phone message from Handy’s. It went like this hey our technician thinks he left your oil drain plug loose. If you’re in still in the area please swing in and we will check it. Okay problem I am not in the area. So I get under the vehicle and the plug is almost out and very much not tight. So I tightened it. It’s late Saturday so I call them Monday because I am upset. I speak to William he says sorry I can pass you onto the service manager. After a few calls and no call back I get a call from Handy’s hey we would like to schedule your September inspection on your Toyota. I say no definitely not scheduling anything after this last weekends issues oh sorry sir let me patch you through to the service manager. No answer again. Then Ethan calls me say sorry I said I brought it to you so I didn’t have to get under it. He’s says it happens all the time. I am like really it’s never happened to me and I brought it to the Toyota dealer to avoid this problem. Well it happened what what you like me to do about it. As if it were my fault it happened. I told him don’t worry about it. After treating me like this I will take my business elsewhere. Call 802 Toyota or Heritage Toyota this place doesn’t take responsibility for their own issues. Maybe offer 20 dollars off the next service. Ethan Raymond doesn’t have to worry after my family purchased three vehicles it the last two years we will take our business elsewhere. Thank you for the crappy service and attitude. My opinion is goes else where for service. More

Received notification that Handys had the parts to resolve the 2022 highlander recall. Made an appt next day and they were able to get me in within a week. They estimated recall work to be about an resolve the 2022 highlander recall. Made an appt next day and they were able to get me in within a week. They estimated recall work to be about an hour and that was correct too. It was more like 45min. I’m assuming they did great work because the bumper hasn’t fallen off yet. During our wait time we worked with Cody (sales). He recognized us in the lot looking at Tundras and came over to immediately help. More
