Upon end of visit I was told brakes were fine. When I questioned cause of squeak was told it just happens with new cars sometimes. I commented that it was odd that they did not squeak first 7,000 miles why now. Got the same answer. Felt dismissive. The brakes continue to squeak almost daily. Very annoying for a new car. I would have appreciated more of an answer and ideally the squeak to be fixed More

I bought my 2023 Camry new St. Albans. I work in Williston so was excited to get my Handy Care performed in So. Burlington. I called Parts dept in St. Albans and asked they send or Albans. I work in Williston so was excited to get my Handy Care performed in So. Burlington. I called Parts dept in St. Albans and asked they send original equipment wiper blades to So. Burlington so I could pick up at my service. I didn’t need new wipers yet but wanted them to be in my possession when I did. What they sent was Toyota sight line replacement not original blades that were on my car from factory. I dropped off my car and they gave me a ride to work. Super convenient with such great service. The service was Handy Care oil change and tire rotation. They delivered my car back to my work when completed and my coworker handed me the key and paperwork as I was busy at that time. I looked at repair order and noticed 0W20 oil installed. The engine compartment has a big sticker that states 0W16 be used. I called Karl to ask him about this and the fact I was not charged for the wipers. The technician came to the phone and told me he decided 0W20 was better for winter. I asked the technician if 0W16 was on hand and he said yes it was an option but he decided on 0w20 for winter. This makes no sense to me since 0W20 is slightly thicker. I assumed a Toyota dealer would install factory spec 0W16. Karl did offer to change oil again to 0W16. I declined knowing my engine would not be ruined using 0W20. The wipers were installed and I paid for them over the phone. That night it snowed and used the new Toyota Sightline wipers. They are inferior to OEM on car when new. They are loud and chatter across windshield. The next day I called Karl and asked for my old wipers back which he cheerfully got for me. I found with Handy parts department they do not carry the OEM ones or just the inserts. They are available to special order. I called Heritage and they told me they stock them all. At the end of the day I feel the service was great from Karl the service writer but the technician should not unilaterally decided to use the oil of his choice but rather Toyota engineers. Overall the service was very convenient. More
