I came in for a State inspection and was told by Jason I need rear shocks and I would need to reschedule an appointment. Jason reschedule my appointment a few days later to my delight. The vehicle was under CPO warrenty so this was minimal cost to me. Jason even got me a car to use for the day so I could complete my other appointment. All in all this was a great experience dealing with Toyota Service department and Jason. He was professional, friendly and made sure my car needs were met to my satisfaction.
