I brought my 2021 Venza in for its first service, inspection and swap of snow tires for my all seasons. Took two and one half hours as I was warned by Tory, the service advisor. There is a recall notice out on tail lights but no solution by Toyota as yet. I will have to come back for that. Next time I will watch out the window checking if my service is completed. Saw my car just sitting there!! Come on! No coffee and a long wait. Tory wasn't sure how long it had been done. She was very nice but obviously on overload. More
