ARRIVED AND WENT IN AND ASHLEY TOOK DOWN INFORMATION. ALSO TOLD HER MY SCREEN IN CAR NOT IN RIGHT SPOT TO SHOW MILEAGE AND SHE GOT IN AND FIXED IT FOR ME IN A FEW SECONDS. No ETA on parts delivery, finally contacted them to install aftermarket parts. Did not replace what I told them to. Charged me $65 a day for a rental. Contacted by customer service manager later; as install aftermarket parts. Did not replace what I told them to. Charged me $65 a day for a rental. Contacted by customer service manager later; asked them to refund half of the rental cost. No response. Since they entered the rental business, they are perfectly happy to let your repairs sit. More
