Completely incompetent: they failed to set aside the kit I needed for a recall despite the fact that my appointment was solely for that kit. They said they got rid of the last one just minutes before I arrived. There’s no excuse for that when I had an appointment scheduled well in advance for that specific kit. Wasted 3 hours of my day for literally nothing. In addition, the last time I had my car serviced by Handy, my hood was never properly closed so as I drove down the interstate it started wobbling up and down and was a safety hazard. At the time I thought it was a one-off accident but after this recent experience, Handy has shown a pattern of incompetence that is intolerable in the industry. More

Tori listened to me (unlike the man I had dealt with the week prior) and understood what I was concerned about in my vehicle (it had been intermittently leaking in both rear doors onto the plastic "threshol week prior) and understood what I was concerned about in my vehicle (it had been intermittently leaking in both rear doors onto the plastic "thresholds" since I purchased it). Tori obviously explained, in detail, to the techinicians who tried to replicate the issue. Unfortunately, they were not able to replicate it. However, Tori wrote up EXACTLY what the issue is and how they tried to replicate it. This is the EXACT OPPOSITE of my attempt to have my vehicle looked at one week prior for the same issue (same explanation as I gave Tori). Nothing was done during that visit except to tell me the problem was being caused by front end damage that occurred two weeks prior (and I had informed them that this has been a problem since purchase). I regard Tori's listening skills and communication skills very highly!!! She is an awesome member of your team and I would consider coming back to your dealership in the future (unlike the way I felt one week prior!). More
