The day after the service, I went outside and found an oil spot under the truck. I contacted the dealership and stated the issue and that I would be bringing the truck in. I decided to check to be sure oil spot under the truck. I contacted the dealership and stated the issue and that I would be bringing the truck in. I decided to check to be sure it was safe to travel and found the oil drain plug loose and actively leaking. I tightened the plug and the leak seems to have stopped. The oil level appears ok. The service techs responsible for this service need to be made aware of their error and the potential repercussions. This is not an acceptable oversight and could have caused an engine failure. More

I've been getting SOOO many compliments on my new Toyota Corolla!!! Ali Kamal worked with me and is just the greatest guy! I had done business with him before so wanted to work with him again.
