The staff were pleasant and efficient. My only disappointment was the Manager wasn’t able to offer me a little more for my trade in. I realize the body was rusted and it was a 12 year old car but for it’s age it had low mileage (150,000) leather interior, sun roof, ran well, good tires, and a new $900.brake system. I bought a $70,000 truck less than a year old. They said it was "bumper to bumper" coverage for the next few years. Well, the tonneau cover broke and apparently that doesn't qualify, because it wa They said it was "bumper to bumper" coverage for the next few years. Also, the financing department got a terrible rate and the guy was relentless about me purchasing "tech insurance". More
