I love my Duramax , but have had a problem starting it. No one in the Burlington area would adress it... so I went to Handy's inSt Albans for help. Lori and the Service Manager, I can't remember his name, went over and above normal service expectations. The problem I was experiencing with the alarm system in my Hummer H2 was not an easy fix.
