When I picked one they stuck with me for a few days while my bank screwed up paperwork and required several papers to be refiled. After the test drive I sat down with Carmen and discussed exactly what I was looking for , and she made a recommendation based on our conversation. I was hesitant at first but agreed to try the car out with my wife and we ended up falling in love with the car; a beautiful black on black, fully loaded 2010 Honda Accord Crosstour. I believe that Carmen's years of experience in the car sales business was the answer to putting us in the perfect car for our needs and within our budget. She also worked hard to get us the best price for our trade.After all of the preliminaries were taken care of to our satisfaction, by Carmen, she handed us over to Jim Lash, who did an awesome job getting us the best financing possible. His salesmanship was honest and caring-this made it easy to choose the Toyota and close the deal in one afternoon. There was no harsh pressure, we weren't dragged around the lot or shown vehicles we weren't interested in. My daughter, my husband, and I all test drove the Rav4 and Randy listened to our comments and let us make up our own minds. The price was a bit higher than we had planned on spending but Randy explained the market value of the Rav4 and the value. His approach made this purchase happen seamlessly. My husband and I had looked for a vehicle at dealerships on Shelburne Road in So. Burlington and the salespeople felt like vultures attacking us. The pressure and lack of information they demonstrated made this feel like a nightmare! My son-in-law told us to call Handy's and we did. Randy went above and beyond our hopes and really delivered.
