Great truck buying experience. I recently purchased a used truck from Handy Chevrolet. I am from northern NY and I searched a TON of websites. Not only did Handy have one of the best selections of trucks in the price/year/mileage range I was looking for, their site was the most comprehensive one I saw; the vehicle I bought had 99 photos, so I felt like I knew it before I ever went to their dealership! Once I went there, Matt Artus helped me through the transaction seamlessly, along with Jim Lash helping with the financing details. The truck was in great shape, detailed immaculately, and they gave me a fair price on my trade in. The only thing wrong with the truck was a broken spring in the fuel door, and Matt had the entire fuel door replaced, even coming in early to make sure it got taken care of before I arrived to pick up the truck. Then he personally helped take the cap off the truck I was trading and put it on the truck I was buying. He definitely went the extra mile. I would say it was a very good experience and would recommend shopping there! More
