Attention to Detail I went to the Subaru of Orange Park for their late service dept. hours I needed to get a 2nd opinion of the work on Subaru of Jacksonville on the head I went to the Subaru of Orange Park for their late service dept. hours I needed to get a 2nd opinion of the work on Subaru of Jacksonville on the headlights and for a wheel alignment and complementary overall check. I was satisfied with their results. Both Subaru dealerships offer free car wash after each service. I am more satisfied with Subaru of Orange Park's more attention to details of actually doing a great job of car wash and vacuum more than Subaru of Jacksonville. I have been rotating my time between the 2 dealerships. Subaru of Jacksonville I typically go to because it's closer to home and I use to work at the beach, but now I can spend some time at Subaru of Orange Park since my new job is at Downtown. I've been to Subaru of Orange Park twice. Their prices for service is a little more expensive, but won't mind price matching Subaru of Jacksonville within reason just as long as they're going to have longer service hours than Subaru of Jacksonville because I don't always to use my PTO from work just for car maintenance that Subaru of Jacksonville don't like to stay open late. I I bought my second outback 3 weeks ago at this dealer. They were very professional and took the time to bring me up to date on the new outbacks. I owned one 20 years ago. The sales experience was amazing. And it was great that there was no pressure. Joe and Sean were awesome and the finance experience was seamless. So glad I went to this dealer. More

Maybe they thought because I am a woman I don’t know how to buy? Then I found out their dealer and fees are one of the highest in the state! The manager conversations I happen to over hear made me feel very uncomfortable, the GM was haughty and they insulted me , telling me I better take their deal because I will never get that good of a deal anywhere else. Well guess what? I drove to another store and they saved me almost $2000 dollars! I Love my Subaru! But will never step foot in Orange Park. More
Horrible service department and shady sales I would give zero if possible. Bought auto used from this place Went to service dept at 128k miles using oil and smelling burnt, but could not find wh I would give zero if possible. Bought auto used from this place Went to service dept at 128k miles using oil and smelling burnt, but could not find where it was going. Told it was my radiator. had same symptoms after they made me pay $814 for something I did not need. Went back 3 times in two weeks following and told they could not find anything. 9 month later I am using more oil and nowhere else would even look at it, so had to take it to dealer service dept again. Told this time I need a whole new engine at only 138k miles. It took them 6 months of trying to get my engine light to go off. They did work I did not approve(catalytic converter), never showed us any of the parts as we had requested from the beginning, charged me more than the car was even worth and returned it to me several times with the same exact symptoms that showed back up within 50 miles of leaving them...smelling like burnt oil, engine light coming back on, and there was always something else wrong with it each time I got it back. i had requested and paid for the transmission to be serviced while in for repair, once got it back with transmission not shifting right. Also got it back once with the AC failing in late May heat. Finally they replaced a sensor housed within the gas tank that the engine light to go out. So all the other stuff was probably never even needed. After all that time, we were fed up and traded it. They had the xxxxx to offer me less than full retail when they had just made me pay for all the repairs that totaled $2k more than that. Then on the new car I told them what features I did and did not want SPECIFICALLY and feel like a different car came back from the wash than I actually picked because I do not have several features I said I did not want to do without and have lighted mirrors that I directly told them I did not want because it is a big neon sign to come victimize me where I work and how late I work. of course, I did not notice the differences until after the paperwork with the VIN # matching the car I drove off with was signed. They have ripped me off for BIG money and put my safety at risk. Tell everyone you possibly can to NEVER go to this dealership for ANYTHING. Also service dept turnover was issue More
Everyone is AWESOME!!! BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Everybody I dealt with was fantastic. I unexpectedly found myself in the market for a new car and I am so thrilled BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Everybody I dealt with was fantastic. I unexpectedly found myself in the market for a new car and I am so thrilled I found Subaru of Orange Park. I live in Charleston, SC and searched all the dealerships within about 6 hours. Jason was the first person I spoke to and he sent me an email with all the cars they had that matched my requirements. Then I spent Saturday in contact with Larissa who was so amazing. I work in bridal so there was no way I’d be able to answer the phone and she was able to text me throughout the day so we could work on getting me a car from states away. She even responded to a text after she’d left work and was at her birthday party!!! Talk about commitment. Charles helped me with pricing and was so genuine on the phone when I told him my plight. He really clinched the choice to go with this dealership. My husband and I drove 4.5 hours on Sunday to decide in person between two cars. On the way I called to let them know that we’d be there around 4:45 thinking they closed at 6 and hoping to do anything ahead of time to expedite the process. I was told they actually close at 5 (a google mistake) but they were still happy to help us knowing we wouldn’t make it until right before close. Once we arrived Dillon and Brian made us very comfortable and assured us it was no problem to stay late to help us find the perfect car. Dillon is very knowledgeable, Brian was super accommodating and I got closer to my ideal price than I probably deserve. Bob, the finance manager did the paperwork with me faster than I thought was humanly possible and still managed to explain everything very thoroughly. I liked him so much I let the Steelers beat the Patriots. The bottom line is that these people made a very sad moment for me (the loss of my first Subaru and the best car I’ve ever owned) one that I will remember fondly and tell people about for years to come. We are die-hard Subaru owners and now we are die-hard Subaru of Orange Park owners. Thank you from the bottom of all of our hearts! More
The most pleasant haggle free car purchase We would like to recognize the excellent service provided by Chris Thompson and Tony Jones at the Orange Park, Florida, for our recent purchase of our We would like to recognize the excellent service provided by Chris Thompson and Tony Jones at the Orange Park, Florida, for our recent purchase of our third Forester on Sept. 5, 2018. We heard about the 0% financing of all 2018 Subaru’s from our daughter. We did a quick search of the available inventory around North Central Florida and located one in Orange Park. We have a 2007 Subaru, which runs perfectly, and we were in no hurry to get another one. My husband had a dental appointment in Palatka, so we decided to check it out since we were in the area. We called the dealership from Palatka and Chris answered the phone. He told us that he would pull the car out for us when we arrived. He took us for a test drive and pointed out all the safety features to us. We really liked the car and the ride. So we told him that we would buy the car if the price was right. We also asked about the Costco auto program, for which they are authorized dealers. We were very impressed with the price that he worked out with Tony Jones, his sales manager. It was so professionally, efficiently, and honestly priced that we bought it without any further negotiation. It was the quickest (less than 2 and 1/2 hours), most pleasant and haggle free purchase we have had with all the purchases of our cars. Chris also introduced Nick Marshall, service advisor, to us for future contact. The store manager, Ali Ansari, came to thank us for our purchase. The whole team worked so well together, a model of car sales business. We are very pleased with our purchase and the wonderful service. Thank you very much for your help, Chris and Tony. Subaru is very lucky to have you on their team. Your happy customers, Ching and Carol Gainesville, FL More
50 years of buying cars & first fabulous buying experience Charles Smith, general sales manager, was the first contact via email. He is personable, knowledgeable, and willing to work with you. In fact, I may Charles Smith, general sales manager, was the first contact via email. He is personable, knowledgeable, and willing to work with you. In fact, I may have to adopt him as a chosen son! Sean Kelley showed me the car I was interested in. This test drive was much more through than any I have ever experienced. Sean drove first and demonstrated all the safety features. I did not feel rushed when I drove in town and on the interstate. When negotiating, Sean and Charles heard what I needed. I was prepared to walk away if I felt either pressured or the bottom line was too high. You had the impression they wanted to make this work for my family's sake, not just a sale to meet a quota. Bob D'Amelio went over the contract carefully and made changes when needed. Again, there was no pressure and it was a collaborative effort. I was able to purchase additional warranties I deemed useful. Again no pressure. Thank you, gentlemen. Your candor and honesty is appreciated. More
Bad experience I bought a 2018 Impreza, but since they do not have a car that my son like, they got the car from another dealership. When the car finally arrived, i I bought a 2018 Impreza, but since they do not have a car that my son like, they got the car from another dealership. When the car finally arrived, it was raining and the car was parked outside the dealership. Jason, the salesman took my son inside the car and showed him all the features. I noticed there was a small dent on the back of the car and mentioned it to Jason. He said he will talk to Charles the manager. They said they will fix it, just bring it to back in the earliest time that is convenient to us. Okay that is fine, but I started to worry. I tried as much as I can to inspect the car, but the rain started to really pour. We took the car home and when I helped my son drying the car. We noticed some "stain" on the hood and top of the car. I was thinking probably it is only a tree sap. So we clean it waxed it and we even clay bar the hood. Upon close inspection, it was actually paint damages. I was upset and called Jason right away, he asked me to take pictures and text it to him so he can send it to Charles, the manager, and bring back the car so the dealership can fix it. So I told him that I am working the next two days and I'll be available to bring the car on Wednesday. Jason told me that he will not come in until 12 pm that day, but if I come early, talk to Tony. So I came in on Wednesday to find out that Jason and Charles are both off that day. Tony the guy that Jason referred me to does not have any idea on the problem. I was so upset that day, that I even asked them to return my money and I will give them back the car, of course they will not do that. I cannot asked for a buy back because the trade in value is 5 thousand lower than the original price even though it is a brand new car. Third option was to give me another vehicle, and Tony told me that he will talk to the general manager about it, but for now he will take the car and send it to body shop for repair. THIS IS A BRAND NEW VEHICLE AND NEEDING A BODY REPAIR! I was really upset and I told Tony to give me call on what was the General Manager's decision and about the car. He gave me a loaner, but it took their employees in the service department to give me the loaner (here's an upset customer, lets make him wait longer) about 40 minutes. I was so upset that I canceled the maintenance service warranty that I bought. They asked me to sign a paper work to cancel it, but never gave me another receipt with the new bottom line price. After a few days, Charles called me and he said he is going to take care fo me. Now, I am asking myself Tony said he will take care of the situation. Now I am thinking I am getting passed around. Charles told me that the car will be ready within 48 hours, so that would be Thursday. I asked him what the General Manager said about the situation and he said the GM said no, they cannot give me a different brand new car and the car that I purchased will come out of the body shop like out of the factory brand new. So I waited for the call on Thursday, but there was no call. So I called the dealership only to find out that Charles was off, and Tony already left for the day, and now I am dealing with another manager name Brian. He does not even know about the problem on my car, so I had to tell him what happened from the beginning. He told me he will call the body shop friday to find out when the car is going to be ready, and if it is pass 0930 and I still have not received any call from the dealership that I need to give them a call. Now, I need to call them??? So friday morning, Brian texted me that it is ready for pick up, I inspected it and it seems like the new paint on the hood and the roof is good. I forgot to check if they fixed the dent while I was in the dealership so when I checked it again, and lo and behold, they did not fixed the dent. Very upsetting and frustrating experience, this would be the first and last time I will deal with them. UPDATE, their GM Ali Ansanari and body shop manager contacted me, and asked me to return the vehicle my at the earliest convenience to the body shop. Matt, their body shop manager apologized and he honestly said it never got inspected coming out of the paint booth. He promised me that he will do his best in repairing the lack luster paint job if I can give him another chance. At that point I got nothing else to lose so I took it back to the shop and pointed out the solvent pop, fish eyes, dent, over spray and the other paint blemishes, it also came out of their shop missing a clip by the front wheel. After a few days Matt called me and he said he inspected the car after re-work and it is ready for pick up. I honestly can say that Matt did a great job on repairing all the damages. I can say I will give their Body shop (Hanania Collission a 5 star, highly recommended for honesty, customer service and quality of work. More
Sean is the best!! We love our Outback. Very pleasant experience at this dealership. We got our e-price online from Sean (ask for him, he’s the best), and came in to test drive the same day.
