I can't type my full review since this site limits, but TL;DR is: - They misled us about their 150+ inspection on used cars which didn't catch: The intermittent PCM issue (which ended up being a camshaft TL;DR is: - They misled us about their 150+ inspection on used cars which didn't catch: The intermittent PCM issue (which ended up being a camshaft sensor, not a PCM), wiper pump not working, wheel clock spring broken (steering controls not working and airbag light on) - They sold us a Powertrain Plus warranty (their highest level warranty on used cars) that doesn't cover the Powertrain Control Module. Which, as stated, wasn't even the issue. - The service department mis-diagnosed the problem as the PCM and then wanted to charge me $3k for the repairs. Despite the issue occurring the very second I picked it up the first time. - Their General Manager (who told me he was the Service Manager) raising his voice to the point I hung up on him. We bought the car for $9.5k, bought a $3k extended warranty on top of that. The day I pick it up the car almost stalls out on me just leaving the parking lot. I turn around and go back in and of course it doesn't do it when Joe, the Sales Manager, drives it. He tell me "you bought a warranty. Just bring it back if it does it again". Well, it did it again several times, and when I bring it back it I learn the $3k warranty we bought doesn't cover anything. Not even the PCM, which is literally in the name of the warranty. And it's going to be $3k to fix. Ended up fixing the wheel clock spring myself for $40 and took it to a local shop for the PCM who quoted my $1300 for the PCM. PCM ended up not being a PCM issue but rather the camshaft sensor, and the local shop charged me $460 to fix, $150 of which was their diagnostics fee. So not only did they over charge for the PCM repair, but I would have dropped $3k on that and it wasn't even the issue. Car has been driving wonderfully since the camshaft sensor repair was done. Long story short: Wouldn't buy ANY car from these guys. They mislead you and don't stand by their own cars. If I could give them 0 stars I would. More
