But what is with your service department, they are all very nice, but I brought my nissan in a couple of months ago because it was due for an oil change, and the oil maintenance light came on, the oil change was fine, but I got my car home and the maintenance light for the oil change was still on, I had to bring the car back to have it reset. Yesterday, I went for an oil change and a tire maintenance, the lights were reset on my panel, after I left the dealership I went home, and today, on my way out the door I noticed I was missing a hub cap, what is with you people, if wasn't for the warranty on the car I would never bring it back to your service department again. They are friendly enough and very nice, but I'm tired of having to go back and now I have to go out and what.....buy another hub cap because my car now looks like crap. I appreciated that rather than being overly agressive, she seemed genuinely interested in helping me find the best car for my needs. It was really refreshing! My positive experience with her convinced me to make the drive from Boston to New Hampshire to see the car. When I got the dealership, Stu was incredibly helpful. He, too, was a pleasure to work with. I enjoyed our test drive, which was the perfect combination of him showing me all of the features and letting me take in the feel of the car on the road. It was the best test drive experience I have had! Jason was also very helpful in the final stages of the purchase. He was a great advocate and ensured that the process went efficiently and smoothly. You have assembled a great team! I am very satisfied with my experience at Hampton Ford-Hyndai and would definitely recommend your dealership to others. More
I was very pleased with my recent experience at Hampton Ford-Hyundai. After using the Black Book trade-in value estimator on their website (a handy feature), I received a call from Anna Jurta, the Int Ford-Hyundai. After using the Black Book trade-in value estimator on their website (a handy feature), I received a call from Anna Jurta, the Internet Sales Coordinator, asking if she could be of any assistance. I told her the model, options and color choices I was looking for. They didn’t have a suitable vehicle on their lot, so Anna said she would try to find me one. When I returned home that afternoon, there was an email awaiting me saying she had found the exact vehicle I had requested at a Massachusetts dealership. I went to Hampton Ford-Hyundai the following day, and Anna came out to meet me and sat with me while Aaron Handy (my salesman) was finishing up with another customer, and while my trade-in was being evaluated. Anna told me that the internet department was quite new to their dealership, and I think it is a great idea and essential in this day and age. When my husband and I buy new cars, we do all our research on the internet, so we know exactly what we want and can cut down on the actual time spent in the dealerships. Plus, since Hampton Ford-Hyundai did not have the vehicle I was looking for, I could have gone to any dealership and asked them to find the car I wanted, but I dealt with Hampton Ford-Hyundai solely because Anna emailed me right after receiving my trade-in value request. And Anna is the ideal person for the job—she was prompt, courteous, helpful, and all-in-all just a really nice person. On the sales side, while Aaron was dealing with his other customer, he kept running over to make sure I was O.K. and to apologize for keeping me waiting (through no fault of his own). He had to drive a car around to the front of the building for the other customer, and actually ran to the car and back to me to save me a few extra seconds of waiting! I found Aaron to be extremely friendly and helpful—he made me feel like he was working for me, trying to get me the best deal. Anna emailed me two days later to say that the dealership where my car had been located had sold the car, after agreeing to put it aside for me. At first I was quite frustrated as I had signed a deal for that particular car, but Anna and Aaron worked feverishly to locate another car for me, and Aaron called later that day to say they had found one in Connecticut. They had it driven up to their dealership the following day at no extra cost to me. When I went to pick up my new car, I met with Gary Novakowski, the Finance Manager, and found him to be nice, efficient and helpful. He saved me a month’s worth of registration fees by suggesting I wait a week to register my vehicle. I hadn’t realized that you pay for the full month no matter what day of the month you register the vehicle on. The paperwork was all set up when I got there, so I only needed to sign a few forms (he explained each one clearly and succinctly), and then he took me back to Aaron who went over a few details about my new car. This was my third Tucson (I find you can’t beat them for the price, operation and safety features, plus the new styling is really nice), so I knew my way around it, but Aaron showed me some of the new features which my 1995 and 1999 Tucsons hadn’t had (I especially like the Navigation Package, which includes a built-in GPS and enhanced stereo system). So, all-in-all, I was impressed with the service I received at Hampton Ford-Hyundai, and would like to thank Anna, Aaron and Gary for making it a fast and relatively painless process. I love my new car. More

We recently purchased a 2011 Hyundai Touring from Unchu Macdonald and are very pleased with it. We test drove a 2011 Sonata (pre-owned), a 2012 Elantra, and the 2011 Touring. We decided on the Touring because it gives us the added room to transport larger items that in the past we've had to do with one of our children's SUV. Unchu is obviously very well acquainted with the features of the automobiles and understands the operation of all their mechanical components. She was very informative and helpful to us. My wife dreaded shopping for a car because of the trite sales lines and pressure one experiences in many dealerships. We both agreed that making this purchase was a pleasure because of the kindness and sensitivity of your agent, Unchu Macdonald. We commend her and the dealership very highly. More

Let's start with the good, Anna did a very good job in the limited role she is given and she was the only employee that I can say did a commendable job. I tried to do as much of this over email and the phone before I traveled the one plus hour it takes to get to their dealership and thought we were close prior to going there. What a surprise I got when the general manager promptly reduced my trade-in value by 40% for no apparent reason other than to 1-waste my time, 2-hit a home run on my trade-in or 3-he never had any intention of selling me the 2011 Explorer as I was told they were in great demand and he thought sticker price was a "fair price". Bottom line, this is a bush league dealership as I have bought close to 20 vehicles in my lifetime and have never been jerked around this bad by a dealership. The general manager never explained why he did what he did, no apology...NOTHING. He didn't have the decency to come over and talk to me or explain. Stay away from this dealership, unless you want your time wasted and to be thoroughly disappointed. My experience was so bad, Ive know turned my search away from Ford Motor Company and back to one of the other American car companies...at least they haven't disappointed me like Hampton Ford. More
