Great experience at Portsmouth Ford!! We were looking for a particular vehicle and found one at Portsmouth Ford. Portsmouth Ford is 4 hours away from us, but from the moment we inquired about the vehicle, and were directed to Timothy DiBlasi, the 4-hour drive seemed insignificant. Timothy, over the next few days, handled our numerous questions through calls, texts and e-mails promptly and treated us very well. Talking with Timothy, we explained that because of scheduling, we couldn’t get to the dealership until Monday, we had spoken on Thursday. He explained that he couldn’t take a deposit as vehicles were sold on a first come first serve basis, which we certainly understood. We checked with him on Saturday, and the vehicle was still available. At that time, we made a plan to drive out Monday morning. When we arrived, the vehicle was sitting in front of the showroom, clean, shiny and ready for a test drive. Timothy came out and met us with a smile and handshake, and away we went for our test drive, it was as good as it looked. We went back to make our deal! There were no high-pressure tactics, no run-a-round nonsense and we never felt anything but welcomed. Hospitality at its’ finest. Upon signing the deal, paying for the vehicle and getting ready to leave, I noticed that an accessory that was shown in the advertisement photos was not in the vehicle. Timothy immediately went out in the chilly weather to find out what was going on, coming in about 5 minutes later to say he found what we were looking for and that we were all set! We drove home without an issue, and when looking over our “new” vehicle, we noticed another missing accessory. I notified Timothy, and he said he would look into it. In a day or two, he responded that he couldn’t find it at the dealership, but they would order it from Ford and it would be shipped to our house. It was here in three days!! As stated, we are very happy to have chosen to do business with Portsmouth Ford and Timothy DiBlasi. The 4-hour drive was the only downside, BUT I would do it again for the customer service we received. Charles and Karen Kelly

I was looking online for several weeks looking for a new F150 when I came across the one with everything I wanted. I decided to go buy on a Sunday around 3pm. i walked in and met Mike " Salty" Saltman. I can't say enough about how relaxing and pleasant the environment and the experience was. Mike was great, very knowledgeable. Stayed past closing to make sure I had all the information I needed. I picked my new truck up two days later. The finance experience was excellent and fast also. It was my first visit to Salem Ford, and it won't be my last. Thanks Mike!

8/21/2025. I entered the dealership and was met at the door and connected with Anthony the sales representative. My challenge to Anthony was I purchased a car three weeks earlier in under two hours, and I wanted to be in and driving away with a New F350 that Saturday at 2 pm in under 3 hours. Anthony started the timer on his cell phone. Anthony showed me four F350 and covered the details of each indepth and focused on my needs as a buyer. During the process, Anthony shared his prior military service with me. I was dealing with a fellow veteran. With Anthony’s help, I decided which F350 was right for me….in 43 minutes according to Anthony’s phone. We quickly agreed on a price and began the paperwork prep process which took 75 min. We finalized documentation while the vehicle was gassed and prepped. Anthony surrender the keys to me after pulling my new ride up to the front door, washed and warming up. I passed along my appreciation to Anthony and the Sales Manager for the prompt, courteous and streamlined service they provided over the past 2:40 h. Anthony at McFarland Ford in Exeter NH, Thank you again for a great buying experience and helping me locate the 2025 F350 that left the factory with my name on it!

This is, without a doubt, the best experience one could hope for when in search of a new or used car.The moment we arrived, instead of being "attacked" by a swarm of sales people, we were warmly greeted by Chu Lassor, who encouraged us to take our time and look around and that she would be right there, should we have any questions. No pressure, no sales pitches, she just gave us the chance to look at the extensive inventory on our own. We found a few semi-finalists and then sat with Chu. She offered knowledgeable info about color choices, trim levels and was just so great at helping us to find the vehicle that was perfect and the Sales Mgr. was just as polite and easy going and it was clear that this was a family atmosphere where they are not just trying to make a sale. It is worth the drive from anywhere to actually be treated like a friend and now I know why and how Hampton Ford Hyundai earns so many 5 star reviews, so here's one more. Thank you Ann for responding to my post and I can appreciate the situation regarding specialty vehicles. But, I think you need to look at this from another perspective. Joe customer spends several hours shopping and building a vehicle within a specific budget and gets a MSRP. Now Joe understands its a "suggested" retail price and may differ from the actual price. But when "Joe Customer" brings this MSRP to the dealership he's told he can't purchase this vehicle at that price but has to pay 5,10 or 15k above said MSRP. Sounds a little like a bait and switch doesn't it? I find it unethical and not being truly honest with your customers. I did find a local dealer that will sell me this vehicle at MSRP. They don't feel the need to take advantage of their customers that way. I think thats exactly whats you're doing. Is that 5or10k you make on this one vehicle worth losing potential customers in the future. Just because you can charge more do you really think you should? Personally I think you need to reevaluate how you do business concerning these types of vehicles.

I drive past several other Ford dealers just to come to Ipswich Ford. The staff here is the absolute best Ford has to offer. I was actually all set to get rid of my Ford until I decided to try Ipswich just to see if they're better than the others. They are! Go here!
