Took my mom for a new car I made an appointment with James Filley for my mom, Joyce Stange. We met with James and went through the lot and my mom picked out a 2017 Ford Escape I made an appointment with James Filley for my mom, Joyce Stange. We came back filled out the paperwork, and she came the following Monday (alone) to sign the papers and drive away. James sat with her during the financial process as she was very nervous about the whole transaction. James has also called to check on how everything was going with the new Escape.
