Ford Dealership Second to none I was dealing with four different dealerships ,three in the Hartford area and one 50 miles away (Hammonasset Ford) . I felt comfortable and not pushe I was dealing with four different dealerships ,three in the Hartford area and one 50 miles away (Hammonasset Ford) . I felt comfortable and not pushed into purchasing a truck, they answered all of my questions when I left the dealership ,no matter how many times I called James back he answered with no pressure and the knowledge on the truck was great, never once did I hear "let me find out." I have bought many new vehicles and this experience has been the the best it was worth the drive and I will do it again. From start to finish James ,Mike and Guy were second to none. He was very knowledgable about the vehicle. highlighting certain feature and following up several times in that first week(without being pushy). I ended up doing a factory order and he kept me informed every step of the way up until I drove off the lot with my new car. I was having a very crazy week when I took delivery so he told be to write down all the questions I had and come back in when I was less busy and he would go over all of them with me. On March 1, 2014 we purchased a vehicle from Hammonasset Ford. Our salesman Nando Viarriale whom we had several phone conversations with, processed our paperwork prior to our visit. I went back there because of Nando who was very professional and followed up on any questions or information I requested. I got the best price there and the best customer service, I picked up my car within a few days and then worked with Guy French to process all the paperwork and it was a very painless process because Guy explained everything to me and he made the process very easy.
