Got me approved Went to hammonasset ford in search of a specific truck that was not to old not to expensive and had just the right amount of miles on it. James Filly, Went to hammonasset ford in search of a specific truck that was not to old not to expensive and had just the right amount of miles on it. James Filly, my sales rep, was on the ball showing me all of the trucks they had that fit my profile. Came across a great looking F-150 and test drove it that day. Needless to say I fell in love with it and said "let's get this done". Now my next bump in the road was my not so perfect credit. I was very up front in letting them know I had some issues with my credit and the finance manager Ali told me "you will be taking this home come Monday". I told him I have heard that one before and I'll believe it when I see it. Sure enough come Monday, after searching high and low for a great rate and bank to approve me, Ali called me back and said he got it done. All the people I had contact with at hammonasset ford were great. They worked hard for me and showed me this was the best decision I could've made. Thank you guys and keep up the good work More

I was recommended by Tyler who works in the service department about the great deals that were going on. When he brought me in the first gentleman, Nando was great! He immediately got right to what I wanted. I brought my husband back that night and later worked with James Filley. He was so down to earth and didn't push us into a specific truck. James showed us the first truck we were interested in and it didn't work. He didn't even hesitate to show us the second one and he said "I have a truck I think you will love."
