The business manager, Ali, patiently explained all the paperwork to us, respectfully answering our questions. We don't buy cars often. The last car we bought was nine years ago at Hammonasset Ford. We liked the service department so much we started bring all our cars in for service. Sal, Alberto and Greg to mention a few, all have terrific in advising and keeping our cars running well. When it came time for a new car we did not want the service department to influence us and we considered many brands, but kept coming back to James and Steven. In the end we got the best deal from them without any pressure that we would get at other dealers. We can't say enough good things about this dealership. More

Buying my first new(er) car Recently i got a new job that turned my 7 mile commute into a 62 mile one. To solve this dilemma I turned to Hammonasset Ford, a dealer in which my father has bought several vehicles from and has been extremely satisfied with. Getting into a newer car became a much easier experience then i could have imagined, as i had never bought a car from a dealer before. James was able to get me into a perfect vehicle for my upcoming commute, a 2014 Ford Focus and at a very reasonable rate. I would recommend them to any of my friends and colleagues who are looking to deal with a dealership that treats people like people and values old fashioned service. Buying a new car doesn't have to be stressful! I had been looking to replace my 2005 Lexus ES330 with a new (or newer) car for about a year.
