Horrible Got a car here, my fiancè's mom was to cosign for us. We were told specifically by Tom the manager that only one of us could be on the loan, however w Got a car here, my fiancè's mom was to cosign for us. We were told specifically by Tom the manager that only one of us could be on the loan, however we could add the other to the title. Well we buy the car to find out that they cannot do that. Him and his mother ended up on the loan and the title, with me on nothing. I'm the one paying for the car, it was bought for me, I cannot own my own car, they lied to us to sell the car we called to let them know the issue the same day we got the car Tom told us there's nothing that can be done then Jeremy called us back and told us there's nothing that can be done after being told twice we got lied to so they could sell a car I wrote a review and reported them to the manufacturer the manufacturer emailed them and almost immediately we got a phone call of them trying to fix the problem we talked about maintenance and service then the owner got on yelp and saw the review now he is refusing to fix the issue because we didn't call first (we did) and he has even gone so far as to make two fake accounts to write fake reviews to counter balance my bad review I'm done with this place I will work this out with the manufacturer that has already apologized to me profusely lesson learned though wherever you go they are going to lie to you and play games with you next time I'm going somewhere with an actual inventory don't waste your time. More
