Needless to say when Fred called me with "GREAT" news the payment was 150.00 more than what we said we were looking for. Definitely not a good experience at all! I had heard nothing but good things about Matt Ford that's why we chose to give them a chance to "earn our business." Bad decision for sure now 14 hard hits later on our credit reports we have decided to just keep our car. Mike was the salesmen we worked with he was very nice. The finance guys were definitely the problem. More

Super buying experience We were looking for a very particular model of a used Ford Edge. We looked online and found Matt Ford. We live out south of Olathe KS,so it was a drive but well worth it. We found the pricing of the vehicles very well worth the drive. It's a small dealership but they obviously move alot of cars. I would recommend Matt Ford and salesperson Josh Drummond in particular, if you like a friendly,low key,relaxed, but efficient buying experience in a family-type atmosphere. If you like being ignored,having staff be rude, and are into alot of high-pressure sales go elsewhere. :-) More

2015 F150 LARIAT Josh was so friendly and helpful with our F150 purchase. He had to find the right exterior color and the right interior color for us because I am so Josh was so friendly and helpful with our F150 purchase.
